We Need Your Help to Stop the Mall

We’ve created this petition asking the Long Island Regional Economic Development Council (LIREDC) to rescind its endorsement of the Taubman Company’s proposed Mall at Oyster Bay on the former Cerro Wire property in Syosset as “regionally significant.” This designation is being used by Taubman in an attempt to to wrest away the environmental review process from the Town of Oyster Bay and put it in the hands of New York State. We cannot allow this to happen.
